We believe building relationships that lead to acceptance and respect is the foundation of how we work with one another at Enable. Staff persons believe that being positive, respectful, caring, patient, and trustworthy is the way to interact with each person we serve. We believe this is also important in how we and those we serve relate to other family members, community members, and other staff. We focus on the capabilities of those we serve, respect, and maintain the confidentiality of all, believe no matter what the size of our Agency, we will offer services with a “small agency feels”, each staff person is important in providing quality service and are committed to striving for the good for all we serve.
